Position details
Asowad International Construction Company (ASOWAD ICC) is looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee our construction and EPC projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and supervise construction projects according to strict timelines and budgets. Coordinate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth project operations. Manage site resources, equipment deployment, and manpower efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company quality standards. Monitor project progress, resolve on-site issues promptly, and prepare regular status reports. Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and minimize cost overruns. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in managing large-scale construction or EPC projects. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in project management software and site safety protocols. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
